DESCRIPTION:This is a creative workshop using print making and mindfulness 
 to explore habitual routes that instill a sense of familiarity and belongi
 ng in our lives. Participants will be prompted to reflect on pathways that
  contribute to their wellbeing with the openness to follow your own creati
 ve process. The workshop will involve explorative and abstract markmaking 
 techniques with inks and multimedia to create a print series. This worksho
 p brings together creative arts and embodiment resourcing techniques\, fac
 ilitated by Gabrielle Stoddard (Creative Arts Therapist) and Milly Taylor 
 (trauma-informed yoga and meditation teacher).
