Dr Geoffrey Miller, a New Zealand geopolitical analyst and recent PhD graduate from the University of Otago, leads discussion alongside Mahdi Ghuloom (Junior Fellow for Geopolitics at ORF–Middle East, specialising in Gulf States affairs) and Ollie Law (resilience technology innovator). The panel draws on expertise spanning Middle East relations, Gulf economics and diplomacy, and crisis response infrastructure.
